“It was a pleasure to welcome Richard and Chris from The Grace Trust to our operational base at Air Ambulance NI. The recent donation of £10,000 will go a long way in helping to save lives. Thanks to this donation we are able to invest in a new crew helmet and complete the funding needed to invest in a weather station for Co. Fermanagh. Installing a weather station in Co. Fermanagh will provide valuable weather data making it easier and safer than ever to determine whether the helicopter can fly to incidents in the area, therefore potentially reaching more patients and saving more lives. It is only with continued support from trusts like The Grace Trust that we are able to respond to those needing critical pre-hospital emergency care at scene.
